Choices, Choices, Choices

My challenge to you is to decide on some basic goals, short term and long term. Look at where you are starting from and where you want to land. What are some of the highlights you would like to see along the way? Do you want to fly straight there, or are you adventurous and want to see some of the out of the way sights?
There are many ways to navigate your career. Would you like to stay with the company where you are currently employed for your entire career? Do you want to remain in a particular division inside that company and work your way up? Do you want to transition from admin into a technical field inside your organization? Is this going to require more schooling and/or education?
